Solo Root Behemoths for the new Totem Axe
I have solod this run easily with this build about 5 times now, unfortunately i got no greens , but the build works nevertheless.
W/Mo
sprint - for getting past windriders, trolls etc.
dolyack signet - for + armour
Watch yourself - for + armour
Cyclone axe
Triple chop
Healing signet - only use when you have an armour booster up
Healing breeze - in case of emergency
Mending - to counter poisin on the run (not essential)
Attributes
Healing - 8
Strength - 8+1+1
Axe mastery - 11+3
Tactics - 8+1
Tactics
The idea is to run from ventaris refuge to the area in the Falls where the Root Behemoths live, this run is so easy ill not describe.
When you are there you will find Wind Riders + Root Behemoths, try to just get away from the wind riders as they will interupt and degen you. Most of the Root Behemoths can be safely attacked without Wind Riders being too close, if not, just leave them and carry on to the next.
When you get close to the Behemoths 2 or 3 Lifepods will pop up, they are easy enought to kill, but if they get you low on health just sit back and heal WITHOUT attacking. This should be easy enough. If you have trouble keeping up health whilst killing the lifepods lure 1 at a time away from the others with a bow, they are easier by themselves.
Once the Lifepods are dead the Behemoths are a piece of piss, just keep on hitting and they'll keep on dying. Oh yeh dont forget to keep up Dolyack and Watch Yourself whenever needed.
Equipment
I use platemail armour because it has 90 base armour, but you could use glads for extra energy it would not make much of a difference.
I use Superior vigor, absorbtion and axe mastery runes.
Minor tactics and strength, and a strength helm.
My axe is +5 armour and zealos for easy energy when killing lifepods.
Use a non zealous axe for the run
Shield is + enchanted if using mending but if not just use whatever.
I hope this guide is a help, I'll post back when my unlucky streak ends and i finally get my axe.
Peace-out

Got my axe first run, never really needed to use mending, and found I had no energy with mending n them energy skills, eviscerate imo is better. with cyclonaxe, and triple chop you take loads of dmg from holy wrath when the aloes are balled up.

The idea is to take the aloes 1 by 1 then they go down easy, if you have trouble doing em all at once, the only time i ever use mending is to negate poisin whilst running there, all in all its very easy and congratulations on getting it first try.

To get past the spiders and trees just keep going, it may take a while but they wont kill you if you have mending on

Well, your build is a little energy heavy. I replaced Triple Chop with Whirling Axe and Cyclone Axe with Penetrating Blow.

I find this pretty easy, thanks for posting it.
I use
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash (or Silverwing)
Flurry
Healing Hands
Sprint
Balth Spirit
Mending
Heal 9
Smite 9
Str 9
Sword 15
-2 +30 enchant str shield
Furious Sword
I didn't make this build for this, I just happened to be farming Ghial the Bonedancer and this is the build I use for that.
Basically throw up mending and balth spirit and run along. If you run into an area where you are taking any reasonable damage hit healing hands. (You should never have an issue with health unless you run through wind riders, in which case DO NOT USE HEALING HANDS just run through.
Lifepods go down in 5-6 seconds each, Behemonths 10-15 seconds.
I don't even really need healing hands here, I can take 3 lifepods and a behemoth in under a minute without hitting healing hands and still be well above 50% health.
I believe this one is easy enough that you could run it with many different builds.
Thanks for the post!
